Kathleen Pohlmann ist seit mehr als 17 Jahren im Bereich Software-Lösungen für die technische Dokumentation tätig. In ihrer Ausbildung zur Mediengestalterin bei der EasyBrowse GmbH lag ihr Schwerpunkt auf User Interfaces für elektronische Publikationen. Während ihres Kommunikations-Studiums der Gesellschafts- und Wirtschaftskommunikation in Berlin sammelte sie bei der Ovidius GmbH erste Erfahrungen mit XML-basierten Content-Management-Lösungen. Seither betreut sie Kunden bei der Einführung und Konfiguration der gds-eigenen Systeme. In ihrer heutigen Rolle als Projektberaterin greift sie auf ihre Fachexpertise sowie langjährige Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und Kundensupport zurück.

Vita

Kathleen Pohlmann has been working in the field of software solutions for technical documentation for more than 17 years. During her training as a media designer at EasyBrowse GmbH, she focused on user interfaces for electronic publications. During her communication studies in corporate and business communication in Berlin, she gained her first experience with XML-based content management solutions at Ovidius GmbH. Since then, she has been supporting customers with the introduction and configuration of gds' own systems. In her current role as a project consultant, she draws on her technical expertise and many years of experience in project management and customer support.
