Aron Rosebrock ist Business Manager bei der TECCON und leitet die Abteilung TECCON tecdox, die auf Technische Dokumentation spezialisiert ist. Seine berufliche Laufbahn begann er als Tischler-Geselle, bevor er in die Luftfahrtbranche wechselte. Dort war er an der Fertigung komplexer Innenraummodule beteiligt. In dieser Zeit sammelte er erste Erfahrungen mit der Technischen Dokumentation und erkannte schnell die Herausforderungen, wenn Theorie und Praxis voneinander abweichen. Daraus entwickelte sich sein Interesse an klarer, praxisorientierter Dokumentation. Nach der Weiterbildung zum Technischen Redakteur (Expert-Level) über die tekom folgte ein Studium im Bereich Projekt- und Prozessmanagement. Seit 2018 arbeitete er als Technischer Redakteur mit Schwerpunkt Luft- und Raumfahrt. Seit 2022 ist er Teil von TECCON und verantwortet die strategische und operative Leitung der Abteilung tecdox, mit Fokus auf die Weiterentwicklung des Leistungsportfolios sowie die Sicherstellung von Qualität, Effizienz und Wirtschaftlichkeit.

Aron Rosebrock is a Business Manager at TECCON and runs the tecdox department, which specializes in technical documentation. He began his professional career as a carpenter before moving into the aviation industry. There, he was involved in the production of complex interior modules. During this time, he gained his first experience in technical documentation and quickly recognized the challenges that arise when theory and practice diverge. This awakened his interest in clear, practice-orientated documentation. After completing further training to become a technical editor (expert level) through tekom, he went on to study project- and process management.. Since 2018, he has worked as a technical editor specialized in aerospace. He has been part of TECCON since 2022 and is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the tecdox department, with a focus on further developing the service portfolio and ensuring quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
