Azadeh Eshaghi ist seit 2013 selbstständige Beraterin für Language Operations (LangOps), Terminologie- und Wissensmanagement und seit 2006 in der Technischen Kommunikation tätig. Sie unterstützt Unternehmen dabei, sprachliche und fachliche Informationen strukturiert, konsistent und zukunftsfähig zu organisieren. Dabei verbindet sie über 20 Jahre Praxiserfahrung mit pragmatischen Ansätzen, sowie fortlaufende Anpassung der Arbeitsweise in Künstlicher Intelligenz, Automatisierung und modernem Informationsmanagement. 
Sie studierte "Internationale Fachkommunikation" und absolvierte Weiterbildungen unter anderem in Wissensmanagement und Leadership.
Von 2016 bis 2025 war sie im Vorstand von Tecom Schweiz tätig, davon sechs Jahre als Präsidentin. Heute ist sie unter anderem Mitglied des Advisory Boards «Standards and Regulations» von tekom Europe und engagiert sich in weiteren nationalen und internationalen Fachgremien. Sie lebt und arbeitet in Zürich.

Azadeh Eshaghi has been working as an independent consultant in Language Operations (LangOps), terminology management, and knowledge management since 2013. She has been active in the field of technical communication since 2006. She helps organizations structure and manage linguistic and technical information in a consistent, scalable, and future-ready way. Drawing on more than 20 years of professional experience, she combines pragmatic approaches with the continuous integration of emerging developments in artificial intelligence, automation, and modern information management.
She holds a degree in International Technical Communication and has completed further professional education in knowledge management, leadership, and related disciplines.
From 2016 to 2025, she served on the Board of Tecom Switzerland, including six years as President. Today, she is a member of the tekom Europe Advisory Board for Standards and Regulations and contributes to several national and international professional committees. She lives and works in Zurich, Switzerland.

Michael Valent ist seit 25 Jahren technischer Redakteur im Software-Bereich. Davor konnte er als freier Journalist Erfahrung im Schreiben und Publizieren sammeln. Sein Spezialgebiet ist "vom Chaos zum Kosmos" - er hat bereits mehrere Unternehmen von fast keiner oder völlig unstrukturierter Dokumentation zu einem passenden Dokumentations-Framework geführt. Ein weiteres seiner Themen sind Agile Methoden in der Technischen Kommunikation. Nebenbei ist er seit 2017 Mitglied im Vorstand der tekom Österreich, derzeit als Vizepräsident, und Mitorganisator von Veranstaltungen wie der jährlichen 3-Länder-Tagung am Bodensee. Er lebt und arbeitet in Wien.

Michael Valent has been a technical writer in the software sector for 25 years. Prior to that, he gained experience in writing and publishing as a freelance journalist. His speciality is ‘from chaos to cosmos’ – he has already guided several companies from having almost no documentation, or completely unstructured documentation, to a suitable documentation framework. Another of his areas of expertise is agile methods in technical communication. In addition, he has also been a member of the board of tekom Austria since 2017, currently serving as vice-president, and is a co-organiser of events such as the annual 3-Country Conference near Lake Constance. He lives and works in Vienna.
