Lena Krauß is Chief Customer Officer at Lexeri GmbH, where she manages the entire customer division. She studied linguistics and translation studies with a focus on terminology in Augsburg and Würzburg, as well as at the Université de Sherbrooke in Canada. After holding various positions in the translation industry, she transitioned to technical documentation, where she supported clients in the areas of content management, translation, and terminology as a project manager and consultant. At Lexeri, she designs the customer journey, builds strategic partnerships with universities and companies, and represents the company at trade shows and industry events. As one of the hosts of the community event TermCafé Franken, she regularly moderates knowledge-sharing sessions on a wide range of terminology topics.
