In this presentation, I will share a practical overview of creating a unified documentation workflow for large and distributed technical writing teams. I will compare the pros and cons of using a dedicated project for technical writers in comparison with working in a developer project. Using our experience with the Azure DevOps environment as a case study, I will share best practices for implementing key principles of workflow design through Azure DevOps features to meet the needs of technical writing teams.
